About the App:

Entre Gdansk is a city game in which players have to discover puzzles on the most important monuments in Gdansk. Thanks to the game, the user will learn the history of the city and discover its modern side - entertainment venues, pubs and restaurants. Each solved puzzle gives you the opportunity to receive an interesting bonus or a discount in one of Gdansk's venues. You will need approximately 2 hours to solve all 24 puzzles. Take a break during the game and visit the recommended places.

The puzzles can be solved alone and with your loved ones. The app (available in Polish and English) is intended for both tourists and residents who want to discover the city anew while having a great time. A game with 24 quests waiting will be saved automatically unless you choose another option (in the top right corner). Even after exiting the game and restarting it, you can go back to the previous puzzle.

Write your answers in the form of a denominator - do not inflect the words to fit the context. Don't know the answer to a given question? Do not worry! All the key information is on the monument, so all you have to do is approach it, think about it and enter the appropriate password. Additionally, after entering three incorrect answers, you will receive a hint. There are 3 hints for each puzzle, with which you will surely be able to solve the puzzle.

During the game, the user will be equipped with a map with a marked travel route, and each task will be assigned a recommended place that is worth visiting during your stay in Gdansk. It pays off to visit the cards of the recommended premises because there is a chance to get a discount each time. We should remember that Gdansk has not only historical values but also culinary, cultural and entertainment values ​​that you must get to know. During the game, the user will also have the opportunity to learn interesting facts about each of the monuments. After unlocking the quest, the full history of the place will be presented, presented in a pleasant form for the player.


Instruction:

• When you start your tour, you will be greeted by the four main icons (camera, padlock, detective hat and maps) and a password entry field. In the lower right corner, you will see how many tasks are left until the end of the game.
• After entering the password, press the padlock to check if it is correct. After three wrong answers, a hint will appear. Three hints are waiting for you, and with each of them, the puzzle becomes more and more obvious. When the password is correct, the padlock will open and the history of the monument will be presented. It is worth remembering that the case of letters does not affect the correctness of the password and that each password is one word long.
• Thanks to the map, you will go to the marked route, unless you are in the first question - then you will be redirected to the application with maps, where you will be able to easily find the starting point of our journey through navigation. Later, you will have the choice of orienteering with a prepared map or using the default navigation.
• Discovering the modern side of the city is done by clicking on the detective's hat - you will turn into him and you will be able to go to the site, discover the route to it and check if a discount is available. Read the description of a recommended place that is worth visiting while spending time in the heart of this beautiful city.
• The camera icon will take you to a place where brief information about a given monument is presented - description, curiosity, date of construction and information about what is nearby.
