Do yourself a favour; find another platform!
After staying more than 2years investing in etoro and making strategic investment for long term; etoro closed all my positions for some obscure regulations in my country; no further explanation given!! Worse platform ever; lost so much time and money building my portfolio

We are sorry to hear about your experience. eToro is a regulated company and works under the supervision of its regulators to ensure proper working order.
Unfortunately, at times, we must close accounts due to various reasons. In such cases, the market value of the account is then returned to the client.

Bad Customer service
That’s a bad customer service with Etoro.
I have been contacting via live agent since 4 days but nobody is available!

With our expanding client base, there are delays in responses, but answers will always be provided, as you can see for yourself. Also, our social teams on Twitter and Facebook are always available for assistance.
Bear in mind that Toro is regulated by multiple agencies including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Regulated trading platforms cannot be scams since they are under strict supervision by these authorities.
