The Hik-connect app is designed to work with Hikvision series DVRs, NVRs and IP cameras which support Cloud P2P function. It allows you to live view your cameras remotely. All you need to do is creating an account and adding device into the account, then you can enjoy the real-time video from cameras on a global scale. It also allows you to play back recorded video to search every milestone of your life. When motion detection alarm of your device triggered, you can get an instant message notification from Hik-connect app.

1. Personal mode supports the Auxiliary Care Radar (DS-TDSB00-EKH).
2. Personal mode supports network speakers, supports uploading local audio from your phone to the network speaker, and supports configuring scheduled broadcast tasks.
3. Personal mode supports alarm output enable/disable of cameras and shared cameras.
4. Personal mode supports retrieving your encryption password/verification via email.
5. Team mode compatible with network devices.

Cannot Unbind
Cannot view live from my Iphone. Technicians in Mauritius never get back to me and they don’t answer my call. Very poor quality of service from Copscor Mauritius.
Can anyone help me in solving this issue so that I can view my camera live from my iPhone!!!!!
Blurry image
Since the new update , image quality is very low even when on HD
Waiting for some major updates
I think some new features should be added on the application.
For cameras: Cloud storage should be added.
For alarm: Panic button should be added on the applications. And maybe add a new feature where we can link several cameras
