Not connecting
Always getting connection timeout error..

After receiving your feedback, if the device is frequently buffered offline, it is recommended to switch to another network and check whether the network is 5g. 5g network does not support offline buffering, just connect to 2.4g band, and you can feed back the problem to the mailbox service.icsee@gmail.com Further settlement, I wish you a happy life.
APP inactive
Am unable to view my camera on my phone. it says app is inactive. please help
