I had downloaded this app just to be able to scan my loto ticket but now its not even working(I’ve tried on 2 phones). Please fix this!!!! Idk why there’s not even an update available

If the app was to be used in an efficient way, the developpers should have offered the facility of playing online for the users. You can provide payment services via juice, myt money and internet banking - these gateways are available for online payment. Moreover, the results are already displayed on newspapers and tv so you could as well improve the quality of your services by referring to my point raised above - digitise the services
