Mo Finans by Cim Finance is a user-friendly app that gives you a secured access to your Cim Finance account(s), anytime, anywhere.
Simple, fast and easy to use, Mo Finans brings your customer experience to a completely new level.
You just need to log in with your National Identity Card (NIC) and your phone number (registered with Cim Finance) and create your personalised MPIN authentication for future log ins.
If you have recently changed your phone number, kindly contact our team on -203 6800 to update your information.

Version 2.2
Loan Application –Enhancements have been implemented to streamline the customer journey, making it more convenient than ever. Users can now effortlessly upload necessary documents directly within the app. Additionally, agreement contracts can be conveniently signed using DocuSign within the app, providing a seamless and efficient application process.
QR Code Payment – Introducing a new functionality for QR Code Payments! Users can now leverage their linked bank account(s) within the app to scan any MAUCAS QR code. This feature enables users to make payments at various merchants across Mauritius, offering a hassle-free and secure payment experience.

Hello, everytime i try to log in i get this error message. I uninstalled the app and reinstall it twice but still getting the same error.

Not being able to connect to the app
The app should be user friendly and should be able to connect at anytime. I have been getting issues connecting to the app despite receiving the OTP password. The issue seems to be very recurrent since 2 months now. Right now i am not able to connect i dont know for what reason. The error message is that the request time is out... the screen does not change to the one in which we should insert the OTP password.
