Bugs and errors while uploading claims via the app

Every time i upload a health claim the app cuts out the first time. Then i re-enter and work to upload again while receiving numerous error messages. Up until today - despite the nuisance and loss of time during this process - the claims have gone thru on the 2nd tries. Today however, the 2nd attempt also failed and it’s now 22:41 and i need to go to bed. It would be really nice if you can correct these multiple bugs, which i see have been brought to your attention via the app up to two years ago but unfortunately they still occur. Also it would be good to have a key on the app that lists and defines the various status types because it’s unclear the difference between some such as Non-refundable vs Declined. Thank you.

Too many bugs

I would like to highlight the fact that the idea is great but unluckily there’s too many bugs.
It’s like playing the lottery when you’ll have to log in on the app. Sometimes it might work or not. Notifications for tracking is unbearable. Please review the specs so that we can enjoy it fluidly. Otherwise it serves nothing to have the app on your mobile. Thank you.

Very user friendly interface

I was astound by how easy it was to make a claim via the app. It took me less than 5 mins to communicate my details compared to traditional means where I would probably need to take some time off from work to go to a branch to lodge my documents. Big thumbs up to the app developers! 👍🏼
