Should be in the top 100 in APP STORE
It's very simple and easy to use
A complete waste of time and money
1. Even if it's a free 7 day trial, the app requests you to have credits to make a call
2. I tried to make the payment several time using both credit card and PayPal. Was not successful.
3. THE CALL THROUGH MOBILE NETWORK IS ENABLED AND USED BY DEFAULT. It will take your money from you phone balance just to tell you to add credit to your Account. If I don't have credit DO NOT ALLOW THE CALL TO GO THROUGH.

The Rebtel app has three(3) call setup; the system will very often, but not always, select phone lines because in most cases phone lines offer the most stability, which provides for better quality calls. But, with this call setup, you will need to have credit with your local provider, if you don't have, then you may change your call setup to "WiFi, or Data".
