My Appreciation of Shangri-La at the Shards
I have been a regular visitor to your London hotel pre-Covid. My first trip overseas was to London in June 22 and the first hotel I stayed was again at the Shards . I have tried other London hotels in the past and during my last trip but their standard of service cannot be compared to yours . They can be cheaper but I value the quality of service at your hotel which is second to none according to my experience.
I am planning a trip to London soon and will certainly come to stay at your hotel where
I have seen familiar faces at my last visit . I was agreeably surprised when Elga remembered what I usually have for breakfast pre-Covid. Needless to say I do not have the same rapport with staff at other hotels . At the reception , I was extremely happy to have met a familiar face as well.
