You’ll pick a Journey when you start, such as to lose weight or to concentrate better. With your goal defined, Fabulous gives you simple daily steps.
To help you feel more energised, for example, the app will start by recommending you drink water as soon as you wake up in the morning. You’ll be reminded to place a glass of water beside your bed before you go to sleep to help and it’s these little things that keep you on track.
Only after you’ve completed a task for three days running does Fabulous up the ante: now can you drink water and eat a healthy breakfast for another three mornings? Fabulous also only lets you move onto a new Journey after you’ve finished your first.
Within a couple of weeks, though, you will find you’ve established a number of self-improvement routines without much heavy lifting. And if it’s that easy, you’ve got to give it a try.
