Half baked application released for no reason
App crashes. Cannot find any location. A mediocre update to the old app.
Have introduced new sub features with forms which is pathetic.
Just stick to your white label product. You guys have created a disaster.

The brand refresh could have been introduced better
Experiencing glitches in the old app and that’s without having the new app.
Old app wouldn’t end the last order, even after I had got another ride (from someone else’s phone)
Trying to login to new app but not receiving OTP either.
The new app UI/UX are definitely top notch and absolutely love the tiny details and modern experience.
Only issue is old app did not introduce or made awareness on how to move to the new app.
What could have helped many users is making an update to the old app. I’m tech savvy to realise how to work around issues but I’m afraid majority users who took long time to adapt to old app now will find it difficult with the glitches and bad introduction.
