Description
YPOOFIT is a professional sports and fitness service application. YIFIT can connect supporting sports equipment, provide professional training courses such as various types of equipment sports and fat reduction and shaping for different people, record each exercise data, combine scientific body data monitoring and analysis services, and interesting fitness interaction links, so as to make training more interesting and ultra-fast fat burning.
The software mainly includes three sports modes: course sports, free sports and planned sports
Course sports: You can watch the teaching video directly in YIFIT, follow the coach's steps, and make the sports process more standard.
