Non existent customer service
I tried canceling my booking and it informed me I needed the owner’s approval to proceed with cancellation without fees. When the owner of the property tried to waiver the cancellation fees, as I intended to rebook once the weather cleared for safe travels, they would not allow the property owner to accept the waiver. I’ve tried reaching out to booking, on both their app and through email, I’ve been met with silence and they said they will charge me the full amount of the booking. Even though the property owner was trying to approve the no waiver.
I do not understand why provide the option of the waiver when you intend on not allow it? No wonder people are labeling this platform a scam.
