The ultimate work from home fitness app. It is simple yet effective. You don't need to go to the gym, or use fancy equipment to get in shape.

Fitness app specifically designed to be used during your regular 9 to 5 working day. Use the alarm feature to set reminders throughout the day, then complete a short bodyweight workout. This gives you a needed break from working, refreshes your mind and body to be more productive, and helps you get fit and lose weight.

A little bit goes a long way. If you are currently doing zero pushups a day, the app can help you get started. Doing 10 pushups a day adds up to around 300 pushups a month. If you can do 10 pushups a day, why not 11? This app can springboard you into shape.

Something is better than nothing, just get started!
