Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center developed personalized survivorship recommendations for bone marrow or stem cell transplant survivors. Recommendations are based on medical history and types of treatments survivors have previously received. With a focus on overall health, receive specific recommendations for cardiovascular health, cancer screenings, and mood and stress management. This app provides suggestions for reducing stress, increasing physical activity and improving nutrition.
Download the app and use it with your health care team to determine the appropriate follow-up for you. Your survivorship care plan is built into the app to help you and your team.
