Mo626 Digital+ is National Bank of Malawi plc's Mobile Banking application that enables its customers access their accounts and perform transations from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Can’t log In
Great App but after switching phones I couldn’t log in anymore. Please fix that.
Wonderful improvement!
Recently updated my app from the previous version (which was buggy when making payments in multiples of 000’s) glad that bug has been fixed.
Just a suggestion though: Could you make it so that the fingerprint prompt is automatic as soon as the app is launched? So that it doesn’t always require me to tap the fingerprint icon - As is the case with most fintech apps.
Cant log in
Switched devices. Application prompting security features but I am failing to input because the answers do not allow special characters like “:” Please fix this. Otherwise, great application
