Failing to register with my cell phone number
SDRP App has a programing error. It don’t allow me to insert my complete mobile number for me to register myself as a Remitter.
My cell phone number comprise of 9 digits here in Malawi excluding the country code (+265). But the app is intaking only 8 digits and not allowing me to enter the last digit of my number.
My number is+265 992123064 but the app is programmed to accept only 8 digits and therefore it does not allow me to enter the last digit (4) of my number and Hence am failing to register myself as a Remitter on the app.
I have reported issue on SDRP support email but i am yet to recieve assistance.
