Hang Line: Mountain Climber
Extreme Rope Swing Action Game
Scaling a mountain is hard enough, but doing it while dodging falling boulders and collapsing snowbanks? Get ready for Hang Line: Mountain Climber.
In this physics-based action game, use a grappling gun to ascend peaks and save stranded climbers. No problem!
Well, maybe a few. The journey is treacherous. Reaching the top requires navigating maze-like paths by hurling your grappling hook and swinging upward. Pick the wrong direction and you could end up in an icy grave.
But Hang Line’s intuitive, one-touch controls make swinging its own reward. Tap a spot on the mountain and you’ll grapple to it. Use your momentum to whip around corners and fling yourself into the air; tap again to dramatically tether yourself back to the mountain.
Snowy boulders tend to break off after a few seconds, so you can’t just sit there dangling (it’s a long fall). Little collectable gadgets make things easier. A tracking device helps you find imperiled climbers, while a stasis field protects you from falling rocks and collisions.
But it’s not all relentless danger. Whether you’re rescuing a mad scientist whose lab has exploded or the film crew that somehow got stranded while making a movie called Planet of the Goats, Hang Line keeps things light with a playful sense of humour. Get to the top successfully and a helicopter will arrive to carry you to safety – and hopefully bring hot cocoa.
