Sería bueno q actualizaran la app mas seguido

Not working anymore on my IOS!

I bought the BroadLink MP1-1K4S a couple of months ago, and yesterday the timer just stops working so my aquarium lights plugged into it remained turned on, the app stoped working and finding my device, it does not recognize the product and it is not listed in devices... I tried with the other broadlink app but they don’t even show my actual internet connection, I am using IOS, it is really disappointing because I was very happy using it, right now I can’t just trust on the BroadLink devices

Hi Customer, regarding what you said in above, would you please reset and re-configure the device then re-add MP1-1K4S , if same problem still persists, please feel free to contact us. Thanks.

Mi cuenta se abría atrás ves de la app de face y ahora ya no me deja y la he perdido, y en la app de Alexa no lee los nuevas escenas que hizo de la app con una nueva cuenta, lee las anteriores pero no las puede reproducir
