Solid App, Great Recipes

The pros:
The app is very easy to use. User interface is simple and friendly.
Recipes are varied and produce great brews.
Customizable units of measure are a great feature.

The cons:
For some recipes pour times are too fast.
I think there should be a bit of a delay between steps to give user time to catch up if falling behind, specially since in some recipes pour times are too fast.
Needs a pause button. (See previous two points)
Some recipes, like the Doubleshot, require too much water/coffee for the Inverted Method. I haven't been able to produce the recipe without making a mess (spillage) and/or without taking a lot longer than the times indicated by the app.

In general I love the app and use it everyday to make coffee in my AeroPress. I really like the recipes as well.

A couple of tweaks like the pause button or adjusting the times to make it easier to use would be great.
