App not friendly user
The connection issues while playing Xbox are awful for a premium headset. Also… Why do I need to change the audio equalizer every time I connect my headphones? Why my preferences need to be “adjusted” every time I open the app? Fix the app guys, you are giving an awful experience and this is impacting how am I not enjoying a $500 USD headset.
