Todo lo que tienes que hacer para hacer uso del servicio Biciplaya es bajar la App, inscribirte por medio de la página web, o bien, inscribirse en cualquier módulo de atención.

Es buena pero aveces se traba y desespera 😺
Soy usuario frecuente entonces me a tocado varias veces que la bici no abre candado pero inicia mi viaje, luego intento finalizar pero la pantalla se queda como congelada, al final se resuelve en minutos pero es algo frustrante, si pudieran arreglarlo seria perfecta la experiencia

Contraté el servicio y me robaron la mitad de mis días, su aplicación es una basura y cuando pides soporte no te contestan bien, no te dan una solución hasta dentro de 24 hrs.

I signed up for the service and they stole half of my days, their app is rubbish and when you ask for support they don't answer you properly, they don't give you a solution until 24 hours later. If you want to be robbed and treated badly, sign up for Biciplaya
