Te recomiendo revisar las guias actuales Nice y AAP. Estas presentan la evidencia hasta los 14 días de vida, por encima de los 14 dias la decisión terapeutica se vasa en la condicion clinica del paciente y sus coomorbilidades e incluso puede aplicar el umbral de fototerapia y exanguino de los 14 dias de vida. La app es fiel a los datos publicados por las guías NICE Y AAP y Es necesario conocerlas o saber de ellas
