Es una de las aplicaciones de viajes que es más económico y excelente servicio.
Conductor y auto diferentes al que marcó la app. Expuse innecesariamente mi seguridad
Hola
Quiero presentar una queja del servicio de ayer:
1. Solicite un servicio y no avanzaba el auto, pero yo lo seguía esperando por cerca de cinco minutos ya que no me indicaba nada la app , al ver que seguía sin avanzar el auto mejor lo cancelé y volví a solicitar un servicio nuevo
2. El servicio nuevo supuestamente llegaría en un auto Renault pero terminó llegando en un Ford Fiesta negro.
3. Al cuestionar al conductor por que iba en otro coche me contestó que era debido a que aún no terminaba de hacer el cambio de auto, cuando yo me pregunto ¿a mi que me importa eso? Si me hace sentir sumamente inseguro.
4. Al subir, inspeccioné visualmente el auto y al conductor ya que era fácilmente presa de un delito a subirme a un auto distinto al que enviaba la app.
5. Estoy seguro que el conductor de la Foto del servicio tampoco era quien conducía ya que recuerdo claramente que si tenía el cabello muy corto como en la Foto de la app pero ésta persona era muy morena. Lo que me hace concluir que era otra persona.
6. Al inspeccionar visualmente al conductor y a la auto, decidí pasar por alto todas esas inconsistencias, me relaje y accedí a viajar.
7. A escasos 30 metros me pide el conductor que lo disculpe pero tiene que ir al baño. Le respondo, que a mi que o que significa eso, me contesta que no me va a poder llevar. Por lo que me pregunto... entonces para que toma el servicio sino puede.
8. El conductor me pide que baje, a lo que le respondí pero tú cancélalo para que no me cobren.
9. Más tarde al bajar, me llega un cargo de $ 36 pesos. Un cobro totalmente indebido y del que quieto se me regrese mi dinero.
10. Por supuesto que a mi cita llegué muy tarde.
Por lo expuesto anteriormente, quiero que se me regrese la cantidad que me cobraron injustamente, Quiero que se identifique y sancione al conductor por no ser quien maneja la unidad que indica la app , quiero que se mejore el servicio.
