Pedí con cargo a mi recibo Telmex y me llegó súper rápido.
Es una buena opción si no tienes tiempo de comprar en una tienda física, aparte te dan facilidades de pago.
Pésimo ecommerce
Soy muy aficionado a comprar online y he tenido varias experiencias pero ClaroShop se lleva el título con creces por tener el más pésimo servicio al cliente de ecommerce, no está al tanto de lo que el cliente desea, solo hace el enlace vendedor-comprador más se deslindar de todo lo que pueda salir bien o mal. No recomiendo definitivamente esta opción de compra. Si algo sale mal en la compra ya te fregaste. Cero garantías.
Unethical Shop
I didn’t had any issues with the application it self. However I buy a product and received a defective one. Tried to get a change or refund and was sent over multiple persons and process to get a “devolution ticket”, which was useless as they never proceed recollect the product and refund the cash. Totally disappointed. 👎
