Description
ATTENTION: Only for use in participating Coinamatic laundry locations.
CleanPay Mobile is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use CleanPay Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

This app is the absolute worst
I’m trying to use the app because the card I have for some reason isn’t working and the card dispenser is empty, but the app is being impossible
They shouldn’t give the option of entering international numbers if they’re not going yo work
Secondly, after I finally register, I can’t figure out how to add money to the balance. It rejects every card, credit or or debit, canadian and non canadian, it either marks error or asks to pay from a bank account, for which it only gives two options neither of which I have.
When I called support, the person who answered wasn’t exactly patient or helpful and they made me buy a value code which I can’t even use because the card I have isn’t working, even though I told the person that it wasn’t working, so there I wasted ten dollars.
I’ve been struggling with this for two days, please do something to make this less of a pain
