Not Userfriendly to cancel subscription

I didn't want the yearly subscription as it barely works with my Cricut Joy, and I could find no where to cancel it. None of the options worked to cancel it and I wanted to take the subscription to the design space of Joy but this is charged to my CC. I am really angry for this
