Be careful with this app
They are not transparent with their customers, and the app does not have an option to cancel the account, sometimes the cars are imposible to unlock so you have to cancel it and they charge you for cancelling even though the app if the one that does not work, once they told me they would reimburse the price of a daily car and they didn’t so I had to pay double, once you select a payment method they will be charging you for random things without your consent, such a money scam when you get charged by mistake on the app even if you are not in Dubai and you are not using it, as well once you accepted the terms and conditions you have to be aware that you have to pay fines for parking in Malls or places that they do not clearly specify, and even though when you know you’ll be charged for parking somewhere you shouldn’t at the end they will charged you double the price than they should, because they can do whatever they want with your card. Use U-drive with that company people never have issues.

Hi DonLeon40, deactivation can be made by sending an e-mail to help@ekar.me. Account deletion takes around 30 days provided that all payments are cleared.
