Pay 2 play or don’t
Is there a max amount of words? Because this is about to be long. The game fundamentals are great; it’s like playing risk on your favorite map, with your favorite fantasy warriors. Yet here’s all that’s wrong with it:
•Usually I’m the biggest try hard there is on games, yet playing this game I can’t be competitive if I don’t pay any money.
•The event rewards are an insult compared to what you need to spend to position yourself among the top of the server.
•I’m currently in an allegiance where I get around 30 gifts from my fellow bannermen buying packs every day. We are not even in the top 3 allegiances of our kingdom. Just today I received 18 gifts from the $100 pack, yet this game runs on some of the rustiest servers there are. Not only does the game continue glitching but it seems like every day there’s a new kind of glitch. With the revenue this guys are getting, this, again, is an insult.
•The resource generation is one of the most unbalanced aspects of this game, not only does it take hours over hours to gather enough wood to finally finish building your next level keep, but if you get attacked you lose it all within minutes. And guess what? The only way to avoid getting attacked is by buying shields with real life money or, you guessed it, by using the shield you get every time you level up.
So, all in all, this game is fun if you can keep paying up to 2,000 usd a week. There shouldn’t be a banner on the AppStore that says ‘in-game purchases available’ banner should say ‘in-game purchases required to compete’.
