TOTAL SCAM, APP IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES!
It’s apalling how I can’t get a schedule changed or even change details about my trip, the app won’t let me do anything at all when it comes to MY TRIP, and it’s insulting how the driver wants to steal another additional 100 euros from me, I’ll give you the worst rating possible, never recomend this service to and expose the ugly truth about your poor excuse of a “service” all I asked for was a schedule change to correct a glitch THE APP HAD, not even me, they messed up the times on my trip without even asking me then denied to be responsible about their mistakes, I won’t pay for this service so don’t send anyone.
It’s a scam to ask for an additional 100 euros in cash to change a mistake the same app did.
