Not very good!

Goa doesn’t allow Uber or Ola; this is the only option. In Panaji, drivers aren’t available half the time. The function of the app is poor: it doesn’t tell you in how long the driver will arrive, for example, there’s no option to text, and the phone call didn’t work when I tried. There’s an option to hire a car by the hour but it doesn’t work. In all, badly designed and poor functionality. But it’s the only option, so good luck!

NOT RECOMMENDED!

My driver was not social and kind. He wasn't very sure about the directions and refused to take me to my final destination, I ended up walking about 1 KM and a half in the middle of the night to reach my hotel (it was 3 am in the morning) in the middle of nowhere. I understand he might've been tired and was in a rush to get somewhere or home. So was I. Bad costumer service and treatment. I will not be booking through this App ever again.
