Posible bug del juego

No se si este bug es de mi iPad o del juego pero cuando lo descargue el juego no agarraba no podía entrar a un nivel,no podía entrar a la tienda ni nada no podía hacer nada en el juego quisiera que arreglen ese bug si es que ese bug es del juego
