Description

HaNetz Clock is a straightforward app that helps the shaliach tzibbur (chazan) at a HaNetz/Vasikin minyan keep to the desired pace until reaching the Shemoneh Esreh (amidah).

Once you enter the time for HaNetz, the app shows the shaliach tzibbur a large clock and a list of the davening stages he is to reach, and at which time. 30 seconds before each stage is reached, the stage name turns orange. Once the state is reached, it turns green.

This approach is much easier (and allows for greater focus on the teffilah!) rather than trying to follow a chart and watching a clock. Also, this avoids the problem that watches/clocks are not always accurately set.

It is easy to customize the names and timing of each of the stages leading up to the Shemoneh Esreh.
