Description
Hayyacom Receptionist app is one part of Hayyacom system that offer guest management for party host. The party host can create e-invitation that has QR code per each guest and other information like guest name and total number of guest allowed per each QR code. Then, using this app, the receptionist can log in and start scanning the guest QR code and gets the corresponding message related to specific guest. It will show the receptionist if the card have been used before or if it is unregistered. Receptionist also can enter specific number of guest attended per each QR code for more accuracy. Finally, receptionist can see total guest attended from both scanned card and paper card ( if applicable).
