I tried hostaway to manage 6 different properties, it was a disaster. Their support service is terrible. The app is terrible. Overall I ended up losing money instead of making it. Don’t fall for their scam like I did.

I recently tried to cancel my subscription with Hostaway and I have to say, it was a frustrating and tedious process. The option to cancel was not readily available on their website, and the customer service experience was not much better. I had to wait on hold for a long time just to speak to someone and then was transferred multiple times before finally reaching a "cancellation specialist."

The process to cancel required me to fill out a form and email it back to the company, but after doing so, I did not receive any response for over a week. When I finally called back, I was informed that my email had not been received and I had to go through the process again.

Overall, the experience of trying to cancel my Hostaway subscription was incredibly annoying and time-consuming. I would not recommend this software to anyone who values their time and convenience. The lack of transparency and ease of use in their cancellation process is unacceptable.
