No puede conectar vía Bluetooth la impresora mini link 1 a mi iPhone 14 y ni a mi iPad Air porfavor actualicen para que sea compatible de qué sirve que no lo mejoren no podremos utilizar la impresora

We have confirmed the connection between both iPhone14 and iPadAir.
If you cannot connect, its may be a general connection problem of Bluetooth.
Please kindly check the FAQ, and if the problem appears after trying the FAQ, please follow below steps.
(1) Restart the smartphone.
(2) Charge mini Link printer battery to full.
(3) Turn off Bluetooth on the smartphone and then turn it on.
(4) Unpair the connected mini Link and reconnect it.

Llevo dos años usando mi impresa y hace dos días dejó de funcionar, manda las fotos pero se atoran y ya no salen tengo que apagarla y prenderla & me echo a perder ya tres cartuchos
