I can’t purchase the cloud service, I don’t know why, I’m from Mexico... please some help
Playback issue
Been having issues with this app ever since I installed my surveillance system, but nothing I couldn’t tolerate or handle until now. When I go to the playback option, have no issue in bringing it up, the problem comes when I try to back up the feed to any point in time, it just goes back to the time or hour to which the recording was pulled up, and it’s not just one or twice it does it and then let’s me see the recording, it freaking ALWAYS! goes back to the whatever point in time of the recording it wants to. So its like I didn’t even have the ability to record the feed and only watch the live feed. And it’s not a recent problem, I’ve been dealing for a good 2 to 4 months with this. This bug really need to gets fixed ASAP.
Crashes since the update!!!!!!
