Ratings and Reviews
Bad for restaurants, even worse for consumers.
Customer support for incomplete orders or bad food experiences is zero.
Just Eat will connect you with the food restaurant and take your order but they want nothing to do with anything when the order is unsatisfactory.
This means if you order your food with JUST EAT
They don’t care about any issues you have with the order that can’t be automated by a prompt to call the restaurant. Making the app useless for the full experience. You have to leave the app to sort out the issue regarding quality or missing food items, mistakes or just a bad experience.
The worse
My food was missed, I tried to order again after the refund, two hours later I’m still waiting for my food, it wasn’t the restaurant, was the very bad service of just eat in general
Food didn’t arrive
The food didn’t arrive at all. I don’t know if they gave it to someone else thinking it was me. But it says “delivered” on the app. I have issued a refund and won’t be using the service again in the future.
