App keeps crashing

I downloaded the app and it seemed to work okay till the point that I even purchased a monthly subscription. When I tried to log in, the app just crashed and closed and I haven’t been able to open it since. Every time I open the app, it crashes!! I’m beyond angry because I feel scammed! I bought a subscription and I haven’t been able to use it!! I have contacted through Instagram as well but I have not received an answer!! I’ve never wanted to write a review before, but this just feels like such a scam that I needed to let people know about this!
