Tienen muy mal atención al cliente, tardan horas en contestar, no te reembolsan al momento de cancelar, pésima su fusión con “Kolors”.

La peor línea de autobuses
La peor línea de todas, se descomponen los carros y siempre llegan tarde. Ya el colmo hoy me checaron y no me dijeron que ya había llegado mi carro, me dejó, me dieron la opción de irme una más tarde y ese carro aún no llega, tiene un retraso de más de una hora
Pésimo servicio
Xalapa 10:20 am hora de salida con destino a Veracruz y son 12:24 pm y no llega la corrida 🙄 llegó el 10:40 am tenía lugares y no quiso llevar pasaje. PÉSIMO SERVICIO más de dos horas de retraso y CONTANDO
