It doesn’t update the status until you close and open the app.
I bought a halo touch smart lock for an Airbnb property. However, every time I open the app it doesn’t update the status of the lock. If have to close and open the app. Now my lock is offline and I can’t figure why, I’m having internet connection to other iot devices inside the house and also the battery was 60%.

After launching the app, please slide the screen down to refresh the lock status. In addition, please ensure that you are the only user logged into your app account. If you have other users that would like to use the app, please follow the home-sharing instructions here: https://www.kwikset.com/support/answers/how-do-i-share-a-home-using-the-kwikset-app To ensure your lock remains online, check the Bluetooth connection between app and lock. First, it’s an app for the door lock, why are you asking my name, email and phone?!
Second, you can’t event send sms for confirmation 🤦

Hello gospodbog73, To verify your account, there are two options, you can have a verification code sent via text or email. Please check the following: 1. Email address and phone number must be active. 2: The phone needs to be text capable and based in the US or Canada to receive a confirmation code. 3: Code is active for 24 hours. Do not resend it continuously because too many times will result in none of them may work.
4: If the code expires, tap resend to get a new code. 5: Phone number can be used in one account only. 6: Check the spam or junk folder if not in inbox. If you still need further assistance, please contact our Technical Support Team at 1-800-327-5625. Thank you, Kwikset
