App no quiere dejarme.

No puedo descargar la app porque no tengo iOS 14 y no me deja cargar el anterior a esto.
Pero la app no me quiere dejar, la quito y cada ves que hago algo en el iPad , me aparece y por mas que la quito, no me quiere dejar, sigue apareciendo. Podrían ver qué sucede? Y no puedo puntear una calificación a algo que no puedo ver. Solo se ve el icono sombreado. Gracias

I can't download the app because I don't have iOS 14 and it won't let me load the one before this.
But the app does not want to leave me, I remove it and every time I do something on the iPad, it appears to me and no matter how much I remove it, it does not want to leave me, it continues to appear. Could you see what happens? And I can't point a rating to something that I can't see. Only the shaded icon is visible. Thanks

Hi, thank you for your review! There are some features in this app that may only be available on iOS 14. Can you share more about which area you’re having trouble with? Is it the widget? Watch app? Or the main app itself?

If you don’t have iOS 14 you may experience some issues which will be resolved once you upgrade. The latest operating system is iOS 15.X.X and new features are based on these updates as Apple recommends keeping the device up to date for security and performance reasons.
