First, please know that our app can be used without needing to log in. If you’re prompted for a password, we have a “Forgot Password” feature as well as an OTP (One-Time Password) functionality to assist you in resetting your access.
Additionally, cancellations and refunds do not require you to log in to the app. You can manage these directly through the App Store as usual.
To resolve your issue, could you kindly contact us at support@lovemanuela.com and provide your smartphone model? This will help us investigate the issue and assist you more effectively. We're here to help you get this sorted out as quickly as possible!

Hi Dear, We are sorry for your experience. We have sent all of our subscribers emails and notifications earlier. There has been an major update for the app, with a few improvements and therefor needs a clean reinstallation, all you need to do is delete the app form your Iphone and iPad and then download the latest updated version. an email has also be sent to you about this and how to do this update.
