Description

Using sound frequency + visualization to unlock new levels of performance & recovery for high performers, athletes, leaders & teams with evidence based wellness practices

Welcome to the MODH (Make One Day Happen) app that uses sound frequency + visualization to unlock new levels of performance & recovery so that you can make those “one day” goals a reality.

Designed to support high performers, athletes, leaders & teams that are striving for greatness, this app blends cutting edge technology with ancient wisdom & knowledge to deliver a wellness practice with benefits that are evidence based & research backed.

Stanford neuroscientist Andrew Huberman classifies this type of wellness practice as NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) and more traditionally it is considered a form of yoga nidra paired with sound healing. While research to these types of modalities has been historically limited due to systemic agendas, studies in the last 10 years show that benefits include:
+ Improved Sleep Cycles: Roughly 60 minutes in a state of NSDR is equivalent to about 5-6 hours of rest in the body, allowing you to catch up on much needed rest due to traveling or stress so that you can get back into a rhythm with your most important biological cycle.
+ Reduced Feelings of Anxiety: Studies show that sound healing significantly reduce anxiety & depression levels and instantly too, no need to wait for meds to kick in. Music is incredibly soothing to our nervous system and using specific frequencies will allow you reduce your feelings of stress as soon as they start to kick in.
+ Enhanced Mental Clarity: Increased focus, creativity, clarity & confidence are all reported after using sound + visualization in a one-off setting and the results compound when using on a regular basis. Visualization helps train areas of the brain that are responsible for goal actualization and reduces the stress response of doing something for the first time when it is mentally rehearsed.
+ Faster Recovery: Specific sound frequencies help athletes reduce muscle tension and inflammation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which speeds up and makes your recovery time more productive.

+ MODH Take10 tracks: These short 10-minute tracks are designed as an energetic state shifter that will bring you into alignment quickly, access new emotional states, regulate your nervous system and pull you into a specific frequency for performance or recovery.
+ MODH Sound Journeys: A 60-minute journey that is architected to take you into a deep state of rest and Thetaland aka the brainwave state associated with access to your subconscious. You’ll time travel on a neon cloud to visit your Future Self in different “one day” scenarios, allowing your body & cells to recover at a more rapid rate while you train your mind subconsciously to focus on your desired outcomes.
+ Subliminal Reprogramming tracks: Shorter tracks curated to support your subconscious thought reprogramming journey
