Worst customer service ever

I booked with this company for a trip to a Tulum and when I arrived at the airport with 3 other passengers there was nobody with a sign to greet me or identify themselves as Mytransfers as promised. I had to look for them and turns out they are not direct employees but rather an intermediary company.
The service was terrible because the minivan I rented did not arrive on time and they tried to get us to go in a taxi claiming that they could not arrive due yo Cancun traffic. They also put me on the phone with someone from Mytransfers (it was fake) saying that I had reserved a private car for 4 people and they never guaranteed a minivan. It was so obvious they were trying to scam us and when we got angry and raised our voices, SUDDENLY the van appeared. Such a sketchy experience and terrible customer service because my transfer said “they do not accept my complaint” because they delivered the service and the driver said WE were rude. Unbelievable! DONT USE THIS APP OR SERVICE. There are PLENTY of companies that do this for the same price and better customer service. SCAMMERS.
