The My Weekly Wins mobile application is designed to help you learn about and build positive habits related to eating, moving your body, and adopting healthy practices. Based on principles of positive and behavioral psychology, this app can help you take small steps that can lead to meaningful improvements in your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We need to ditch the deprivation mindset and focus on building habits that fuel and nourish us! We are all human and most days aren’t perfect. But if we stay tuned to our thoughts and decisions and make a few good choices, several imperfect days can make up a pretty good week- and one good week can lead to more. Let’s start counting and celebrating your Weekly Wins!
