Pésima atención no dan solución al cliente
Mi tarjeta pasó la primera vez, después fue imposible, contacte a mi banco y no era de ahí el problema, Nelo no tiene un número para hablar con alguien todo es whats app y tampoco resolvieron el inconveniente, si eliminas tu cuenta ya no se puede usar, lástima era buena opción para hacer compras pero pésimo servicio al cliente, se supone deben ayudarte para que la sigas usando o recomiendes y no es así. Se congela en el paso de completar perfil
Al continuar con completar mi perfil, dice que de acceso a la cámara, pero no se puede hacer, ni en configuración ni en ningún otro lado le e encontrado
