Push notifications stopped

The App is not sending push notifications anymore. Now I need to open the App to see the authentication notification request. I am using iPhone IOS 16.7 to authenticate my login. I have checked all notification settings in my iPhone and they are set correctly. It was working before, but one day to the other, about 2 days ago, no push notification anymore.

Cannot login

All the time the app is returning a sign in error message

To login, you will need to provide the sub-domain that you use to login to your organization’s Okta instance on your computer. Malísima aplicación no sirve para absolutamente nada no puedes ingresar y todo el tiempo trabada. No se recomienda.
