it actually works
i know there a lot of apps out there trying to keep us away from social apps but this one actually works. it forces you to take a second before opening the selected app and has other cool features like not being able to decide to open the app within certain hours and not being able to remove that lock within those hours, if that makes sense. give it a try, i’ve tried many of them and none had worked.

Hoy en día todas las apps de este estilo cobran unas suscripciones muy altas. Pero esta no solo es barata sino que funciona increíblemente bien, salvo por pequeños glitches y delays debido a que funciona con atajos, cosa de pulir detalles. Verdaderamente es súper útil para quienes como yo solemos caer seguido involuntariamente en el “Doomscrolling”. A parte de otras funciones igualmente muy útiles
