Solo quería renovar mi suscripción y lo que hicieron fue darme una inscripción nueva , empezar todo el curso desde cero les dije que no me interesaban las clases privadas y aún así me hicieron el cargo muy a fuerza , son unos abusivos

La mejor manera de aprender
Es la mejor aplicación para aprender otro idioma, en solo 3 meses puedo hablarlo y entenderlo de una manera sorprendente, la atención que los maestros te brindan es muy buena y los compañeros son muy respetuosos... aparte de que esta bastante completa y hasta es divertida la dinámica que la app brinda. ¡¡COMPLETA ESTAFA!!
Hoy siendo las 11 pmel dia 24 de marzo del 2023, hemos sido estafados por las personas encargadas de quienes ellos mencionan “darte el mejor servicio” todo comenzó como lo que vimos como una oferta tentadora ¡Vaya error!, no cumplen con lo que te ofrecen ya que dentro de la oferta mencionan brindarte el mejor curso de ingles, sino puedes realizar el pago se encargan de enlazarte a un supuesto departamento de finanzas en lo que creemos son las mismas personas todo para que procedas a hacer el pago después de que es aprobado te tienen en alta espera para ayudarte con el registro de inicio de curso (todo esto por llamada de voz) y hacen una “supuesta prueba” donde te describes en ingles y pasado 2 minutos determinan que necesitas clases privadas las cuales son extras a tu pago y de no aceptar no pueden proceder a realizar tu acceso a la plataforma ya que “si” o “si” debes a acceder a pagar esas clases privadas que ellos mencionan con la supuesta “evaluación oral”, esto es un COMPLETO FRAUDE y siguen insistiendo con que des una respuesta y pasado el tiempo cuelgan a tu llamada, nosotros hicimos la solicitud para que nos enlazaran nuevamente al departamento de “finanzas” y nunca quisieron hacerlo ya que estábamos en la etapa final…¿cómo es posible?, no lo fue cuando transfirieron de un departamento a otro a la realización del pago, el equipo JAMÁS puso objeción a ello por lo contrario enlazan lo mas pronto posible para que puedan obtener tu dinero, ya que haces la reclamación de tu dinero ponen todo tipo de excusas: el horario, no hay departamento o área, etcétera, etcétera. ¡¡NO CAIGAS EN ESTO!!!, No veras tu dinero de vuelta.
